NOVA RIO currently offers products primarily as one-time purchases.

If NOVA RIO offers subscriptions, pre-orders, recurring purchases, or other purchase options in the future, the specific cancellation terms applicable to that purchase will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately at care@nova-rio.com.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has been shipped.

If an order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after receiving your order, subject to our Refund Policy.

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is offered for pre-order, the estimated shipping timeframe and any specific cancellation conditions will be disclosed on the product page or at checkout.

To request cancellation of an eligible pre-order, please contact care@nova-rio.com with your order number.

FUTURE SUBSCRIPTION OR RECURRING PURCHASE OPTIONS

If NOVA RIO introduces subscription or recurring purchase options, customers will be provided with the applicable billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and any other required terms before completing the purchase.
