We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time and to limit the quantities of products available to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

When you submit an order through our store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

NOVA RIO LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.

If you believe your shipment is lost, damaged in transit, or has another delivery issue, please contact us at care@nova-rio.com so we can review the situation and assist you.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided with the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

However, purchases made from the NOVA RIO store are transactions directly between you and NOVA RIO LLC.

Shopify is not the seller of NOVA RIO products and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products sold by NOVA RIO LLC.
